Thawing & Reheating Instructions

Thawing Instructions

If your product is frozen, we recommend thawing it in the refrigerator while keeping it in its original packaging. Allow 24–48 hours for proper thawing before reheating.

Brisket

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Melt 1 full stick of butter (8 tablespoons).
  3. Remove the brisket from its packaging and place it bark-side up on a large sheet of foil.
  4. Baste the entire top of the brisket with the melted butter.
  5. Wrap the brisket tightly in the foil, then wrap it again with a second sheet of foil to ensure a tight seal.
  6. Place the wrapped brisket on a sheet pan and heat for 2–2½ hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Carefully remove the foil and allow the brisket to rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Serving Tip: Slice against the grain, starting from the lean (flat) end of the brisket.

Turkey Breast

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Remove the turkey breast from its packaging.
  3. Place the turkey breast hump-side up on a large sheet of foil.
  4. Top with ½ stick of butter (4 tablespoons).
  5. Wrap tightly in foil, then wrap again with a second sheet of foil.
  6. Place on a sheet pan and heat for 2–2¼ hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Carefully remove from the oven and unwrap.

Allow the turkey to rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Beef Ribs

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Melt ½ stick of butter (4 tablespoons).
  3. Remove the beef ribs from their packaging and place them bark-side up on a sheet of foil.
  4. Baste the top of the ribs with the melted butter.
  5. Carefully wrap the rack in foil, ensuring the bones do not puncture the foil. Wrap a second time with another sheet of foil.
  6. Place on a sheet pan and heat for approximately 2½ hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Sausage

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the sausage on a foil-lined sheet pan with sides to catch any drippings.
  3. Heat for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Caution: Sausage may release hot juices when cut.
